I get not having 2 of everything, but in delta for instance they will frequently have only as many meals loaded as passengers, so running out of an option happens on every flight and pretty early in the ordering process. Same kind of thing?
Also, do you know if have to call to get my child a child meal or if it just isn't in every route? It doesn't appear in the preselect special meal options, though the baby can select a baby meal.
