Somewhat interesting data point here. The beta feature is shown on the app on my iPad. It does not show on the app on my work-issue iPhone 15 or on my personal Android phone. Everything is the latest version.
So ... not only does this not show for every customer or every flight, it doesn't even show for a "chosen" customer on every platform.
Probably they're doing "A vs B" testing to see what effect the presence or absence of the feature has on the behavior of app users.
