At the Upper Deck lounge there was someone dealing with access for BA passengers so i'd assume normal rules apply (i entered with non-BA OWE).

I was there in the evening and foodwise they had a curry and also some pasta so wasn't so bad. Drink chit for 4 drinks as described above but people leave their half-used vouchers so there's a chance you could get more if you really wanted to (yes, no champagne though or rather only if you pay...).
