Lactose, the ”milk sugar” is turned into simpler sugars to get those lactose-free milk drinks. So by design it tastes sweeter. But I expect that you can remove in the production process some sugar from the drink.
At least Valio says their Eila lactose-free milk tastes the same as "normal" milk. (I tend to agree.) UHT, ultra-high temperature milk (which can be kept in room temperature in an unopened carton) is clearly sweeter than normal milk. But this is not the milk on offer at AY lounges AFAIK.
Sometimes we discuss champagnes on offer at the Platinum Wing, sometimes we discuss condiments for coffee. it's all good.
