I can double that, absolutely no need to "bash" any of those Sparks in Vienna for being rebranded.
Yes, the experience at the Front Desks at Check-In might feel a little bit different in comparison to other Hilton/Hilton-Branded properties around here in Vienna, the whole setting is "more casual" but really (imo really!!) lovely. If you feel a deep need for a concierge, you might choose another Hilton-Property for your stay. For everyone else, Spark Vienna Donaustadt and Spark Vienna Messe Prater are definitively a good option to consider.
