As a non-status infrequent flier, if booked with a Capital One Credit Card, an "Economy" ticket, and a 18 hour+ purposely delayed flight onward to BKK, would we get the Complimentary QR Connect hotel in Dubai?
If not, I'm cost shopping elsewhere.
