I'm honestly not sure about that, sure the low lactose milk is always sweeter than real milk, but lactose free that Valio and other Finnish dairy manufacturers make is quite indistinguishable from real milk except for the milk drink text on the package. Of course YMMV, but if you put me in a blind test then I believe that I wouldn't be able to tell difference between lactose-free and real milk, only the low lactose HYLA milk.

Lactose, the ”milk sugar” is turned into simpler sugars to get those lactose-free milk drinks. So by design it tastes sweeter. But I expect that you can remove in the production process some sugar from the drink.
