If you don't care where you sit, and aren't checking a bag, then I can't think of one.
In more detail, Gold gets you (among other things) free preferred seats; MCE for free at check-in; thin sliver of a chance at an F upgrade depending on route and day of week, and a free checked bag. Even if you care about all of those, still probably not, you'd have to weigh against the value of just paying for those outright vs. your valuation of 5000 WoH points.
