Are P Fares Fully Refundable???
Didn't think so, but trying to book IAH-LHR-IAH on OPM and clicking the box for fully refundable and getting P fares r/t for 4K (C/D/J fares are all 10K+). Would prefer to save the client the money if P is in fact fully refundable, but if it is, it's news to me. Bug on the web site? If so, an annoying one.
