She eventually “snuck” me a glass but the whole thing was odd. Not my fav champagne so didn’t bother asking for more. Found all the beverage options very boring.
If you are sent a questionnaire, I would definitely mention the mistake.
When you are paying for business class ticket (via miles, currency, etc.), you should expect equivalent in service.
