I’d rather put that way that offering only lactose-free milkdrink as the only milky option simplifies the logistics since you can cater lactose-tolerant and lactose-intolerant persons with it. Otherwise you have 3 options to provide. Lactose-free milkdrinks are rather common in Finland.
