I agree the webpage may be a mere placeholder atm, but actually the lack of a second section for "Booked Elsewhere" seems intentional. IMHO, a boilerplate page would have both sections: 'booked on AS,' and 'booked elsewhere.'
Doubt it. I believe there's a line in the terms & conditions somewhere that says PR flights purchased on OTA/PAL don't qualify. Tried entering AS FF# on PR manage booking page for OTA booked PR res & AS was not an option in the FFP drop down menu.
