Another data point for Aeroplan:
Transferred 553K points from Capital One to Aeroplan 3 days ago.
The points are deducted from Capital One but I do not see them in Aeroplan. I call Capital One, they say it's successful on their end and they can't escalate/investigate until 15 business days have passed. I call Air Canada, and due to the disruptions from their strike, they are only taking calls related to existing reservations.
as of now still no points.
I transferred 71k points from/to the same accounts last year, and it was instant.
Lesson learned!
