very true I appreciate people may want their room for the final night. I travelled from Vegas last year again late flight into Heathrow in the morning the next day and I checked out of the hotel that day and didn’t have my room for the last day so that’s maybe why I had it in my head. Don’t think it was quite as late as 1.30am flight right enough so maybe that’s why

I’m sure there was a thread on here a few weeks ago where someone was complaining that they hadn’t been provided with a hotel for the final night of their trip in the exact same scenario.
Which shows two things:
1. Always check exactly what you are buying
2. You can’t please all of the people all of the time!
