The above link seems to indicate that you will only earn miles if you book on the AS website. Is this not a full fledged partnership? Is there something I am missing?

Same question as OP (in the first position): do PAL flights booked off AS.com elsewhere not earn anything? For instance on PAL itself or an OTA?
I agree the webpage may be a mere placeholder atm, but actually the lack of a second section for "Booked Elsewhere" seems intentional. IMHO, a boilerplate page would have both sections: 'booked on AS,' and 'booked elsewhere.'
