The Massachusetts law requires more. Not only must it be disclosed, it must already be included in the price quoted, can't be noted separately as an add-on. They can identify it as a separate fee or not, but it must already be included in the price quoted.
But what’s does a “price quoted” mean in practice? How Marriott displays their price with taxes and fees included on the initial search page seems like a price quoted to me.
