I'm trying to add my son (aged 7) to our Household account and I'm going around in circles! According to different bits of the BA website:
- Children under 18 CAN'T be an individual BAC member
- Children under 18 CAN be a member of a Household account
Except when I go into my Household account and "Invite a New Member" it states:
All Household Account Members must be part of The British Airways Club. If they aren't yet, we'll ask them to sign up when they receive your invitation.
Confused by the section in bold, but I crack on regardless - not sure how he can sign up when he gets the invitation if he's ineligible, however.... I tick the box that says he's under 18, enter my email address as per the instructions ("email must match account owner") but no invitation ever arrives for my son (junk folder checked etc) and it just sits at "pending invitation".
How on earth do you add a child to your account?
