Opted not to have automatic subscription, and my last subscription ends on April 24th. I subscribed again using the discount, and even after a week; no points were given. I asked to Accor ALL Customer service and was informed that:

Then I emailed back and informed that according to Accor ALL Signatures T&C article 3.3.1 under 3.3 Points Registration Procedure stated that "The crediting of club points – both Status and Reward – is automatic, via the system, and may take up to five (5) calendar days from the payment date." Therefore, my points should have been credited max April 30th, 2025.
Then she replied that "We would like to inform you that you unsubscribed from All signature on 24 April 2025 and on the same day you resubscribed. Since points are credited on a monthly basis, the points will be credited on 25 May 2025."
I replied that "
I joined ALL Signature for the first time in 24 April 2024 and the points were immediately posted on the same day; which is in line as per Accor ALL Signature Terms & Conditions article 3.3.1 under 3.3 Points Registration Procedure stated that "The crediting of club points – both Status and Reward – is automatic, via the system, and may take up to five (5) calendar days from the payment date." Then I received the rest of the points on each months until March 2025 which means that the points are always received on the first day up to five days on the monthly basis;" Therefore, my first monthly points should have been received no later than 30 April 2025.
Then she replied again "We would like to inform you that you have already been awarded points for your first subscription on 24 April 2024. In accordance with our policy, this allocation can only be made once; it is therefore unfortunately not possible to receive points for a second subscription."
Wow, can't say a word with the service provided by the Customer Care.

Were you ever able to get this resolved? I am having a similar problem with my renewal. I re-subscribed on August 1st but they're saying the points will be credited on September 1st.
