It appears Dubai will be getting a second Conrad in the form of Conrad Dubai Downtown Hotel & Residences, taking over a stalled tower project that resumed construction a little while ago; also found the below rendering on an architecture forum I moderate. It is located on a plot across the street from the EDITION, and around the corner from the Hotel Indigo.
