Alaska Airlines Gold, Gold 75K, Gold 100K, and Hawaiian Airlines Pualani Platinum members receive Alaska Lounge access when flying Hawaiian Airlines on the following routes: SEA-NRT and SEA-ICN. Access is for same-day travel and includes one guest.
I would assume the same logic would apply SEA-NRT as SEA-HNL-KIX.
It does not. Elite status alone doesn't get you AS lounge access when flying SEA-HNL. Need to fly paid or award first/business (complimentary upgrades do not count), have a lounge membership, or have oneworld Sapphire/Emerald status through an airline other than AS or AA.
Would also appreciate any datapoints on using the Alaska lounge on arrival SEA-NRT waiting for an onward flight.
You mean when arriving in SEA from NRT? Same as above. No difference between departing and arriving flights.

Note: all of the above is in regard to AS lounge access in SEA. For access to lounges in HNL/NRT/KIX different rules apply. Need to clarify which route you're actually flying with which airline, which class of service you're flying, which airline you earned oneworld status with, and which status level you have.

Also note that HA is not a oneworld member airline (yet), so oneworld rules do not apply when flying HA.
