I tied to change my flight last Tuesday in Bristol and faced a refusal, we didn't even get into booking references just a straight we can't do that. I have confirmed BRS has live Astral terminals so has the same ability as staff have in Dublin to change tickets

EI HQ can do the changes, especially when bulk changes are required
