Forgive me for harkening to the olden days of needing both MQMs and MQDs, but the issue is I'm now at nine weeks after returning the car at KEF and no MQDs have posted. 616 MQDs is enough to make a potential difference for reaching GM.

I'd appreciate hearing from any FTers who've gone through emailing 'missing MQD' request to [email protected]. Did it work for you? How long did it take?

Did you receive reward points in your Alamo acct? Last NOV Delta denied the bonus MQDs as I "received points in my National acct"...4 posts above your 1st post was my last of several posts on the issue
