I actually managed to do it via Garuda’s website about an hour ago, using my iPad’s browser instead of my PC. For whatever reason, my country code came up correct that way.

I could probably have bought it through Expedia or wherever, but I prefer to book directly if at all possible to minimize problems in the event of any changes or cancellations.
