That's surprising to know. When I had EI3281 cancelled before the Beast from the East they got us on a bus to BHX to catch an EI flight to DUB, which was also later cancelled just before departure. I would have assumed on that encounter alone that they're quite proficient on what to do in the case of a flight cancellation.
