AMS-PHL in J

Great service from a PHL based crew (outbound from JFK to LHR was also on point). Meal service was quick, efficient and friendly. Checked in on the cabin throughout the flight.

Food menu. Wine selection was the same as the other summer posts.

Carrot stater. It was fine, though preferred the salmon starter from last week’s NAP-ORD flight (likely has to do with the catering vendor).

Pasta main. I would order again.

Sundae

Decided to try the gyoza. As noted above, too much sauce and very salty. Less sauce would greatly improve the snack.

The FA asked how they were and I said there was too much sauce (he concurred after trying an extra that wasn’t taken). They are pre-loaded with the sauce.
