I have just completed a week at the hotel. For some reason, the air conditioning never fell below 24C a night, making it hard to sleep. I've asked the front desk about it and they maintain there's nothing wrong with the air conditioning.

I don't know if things have changed, or I've just been unlucky, but I don't feel like I'll return to this hotel.
For a week, I would have demanded a room change if it was uncomfortably warm. If all rooms were like that, I would have asked for a refund / early departure and moved somewhere else.
