No CSR, so we'll check out Centurion at LGA & a United Club at EWR determined by our gate.

Don't know whether you have access to either, but there is a Chase Sapphire Lounge and an Amex Centurion Lounge in LGA Terminal B (the terminal used by UA, AA, and several other airlines).
