Did 11A on 77A on HKG-MXP in May. There is indeed more legroom in the footwell of 11A/K compared to other J seats on the plane. And definitely wayyyyy more legroom than the Aria suite when in bed mode. The mini-cabin is cozy indeed.

Good point by B-HQC above about the soiled linen bin next to 11A. It can be an issue during meal service when it comes to noise and foot traffic. The cabin crew will frequently come up to dump presumably used linen into the bin. I've sat in 11K on HND-HKG before and didn't seem to notice this issue so maybe there is no linen bin on the K-side.
