My 2c (I concur with the above)

77A - 11A/K by far the best seats in the house, no downsides to these. 10/10 in terms of location. Alright, there is a soiled linen bin next to 11A so maybe 9.9/10....

77K - 11A doesn't get much noise / sound disturbance from the galley as it is tucked away in the corner, but you do get quite a bit of foot traffic from everyone using the forward lavs. Still probably my first choice as I like the slightly larger footwells, and storage under the footrest. I would rate this a 9/10. 11K does get more noise from the galley and I personally would not select on an overnight. However the noise is not significant as on most longhauls I'm finding that the cabin crew are only using the front galley for drinks service, all hot food comes from the door 2 galley. I would be careful about sititng in 20 or 21 in the second cabin as the lavatory literally opens into 20D without a curtain and light floods into rows 20/21 when this happens. 22 and especially 23 would be fine.

77J (Aria) - As the bulkheads don't have any additonal space (i.e. all seats are the same like on the 350), so I would typically select any window seat not in the first and last row in the first cabin. This is probably a personal preference as I find there is more engine noise further back, and the forward cabin is also much quieter during boarding. But I also totaly see the benefits of being in the last row of the second cabin as that would have the least foot traffic, been back there once and also slept great.
