the first question is what aircraft configuration you're on. I presume it's a 77W given the thread, but there are three configs: 77A, 77K and 77J. 77A and K have the old biz class, 77J has Aria.
77A has first class, and row 11A is a mini-cabin of 2 rows ahead of door 2. 77J is the new Aria configuration. 77K is the old config without first class.
The second question is what do you care about. If you're on 77A, this is irrelevant since 11A is one of the best seats in the house - the mini-cabin on 77A is excellent, all 8 seats really but definitely the windows and 11A might even have more room. Either way that's a no brainer yes you take it. For 77J and 77K, for years I generally try to sit as far forward as possible on regional flights (for accelerated service and access to galley), but near the back on long-haul flights (for quiet and less seat traffic). So I probably wouldn't be switching if longhaul. Although in the past when I did daytime longhauls, I generally sit forward since I stay awake and just want faster service. But to each their own.
