Unable to sign into account due to mobile no. / CX customer service abysmal

Hi,

I've got a peculiar problem here. I no longer have access to the mobile phone number I originally signed up with CX and neither do I know the exact number anymore as I never really used it.
Now, out of a sudden I need to enter a SMS OTP when signing in. That's a problem. An even bigger problem is the abysmal customer service of CX: first, they wanted to know the exact mobile phone number. I told them I don't know. Then they wanted some details such as last credited flight. All on WhatsApp. After providing the info, they still referred me to the hotline. After spending 1 hour and 30 minutes on the hotline, I got kicked out. Emails to members@cathay are not answered. On the website after clicking on "verify with questions"...well, this happens:

Could anyone provide some helpful clues what else to try? Thank you.
