Thanks very much. No, I don't need a wheelchair. I can walk. Just not like I used to. Limited. But I couldn't sit in an economy seat for more than an hour at most.
SQ do have a process to submit medical things. I just wondered if that was worth it, or whether it would open a can of worms.
