Scam or website glitch?
Hi,

I think it must be a website glitch. I tried to do a dummy booking from FCO to BOM and when selecting EY84 (The one leaving at 22:00) it charges for extra legroom seats, however when picking EY86 (The one leaving at 10:25) it says that it doesnt cost any more to select extra legroom seats on that flight.

I think because it is operated by wamos air but under an EY flight code, the system is treating it as a partner airline flight meaning they are charging for seat selection. Either you book EY86 and pick your seats on that one, or you book EY84, don’t select your seats and contact customer service. Worst comes to worst you can always change your flight to the earlier one.

Also, if you connect onto an A320, I believe there are only forward zone seats and no extra legroom, so look for a 787 or an A350 on those routes for max comfort.

Have a nice journey!
