I've booked a roundtrip over AC where one legni is operated by LX. The ticket shows an AC number, from what I understood it would havento be changes to a LX number in order to be eligible for Bid Upgrade.
When I called the Swiss customer center they told me I need to call AirCanada since they are the one's who issued the ticket and when I called AirCanada they said they cant reissue it under a LX number, Swiss would have take over the ticket. Does anyone who knows more about this have any idea if this is even possible to do?
