I've bartended off and on for decades and had a funny conversation with my bar manager recently.... He was talking about ordering stock and how nobody drinks things like Chivas or Seagram's 7 anymore. I pointed out it's because the people that drink those are all dead. Trends really have changed. Tequila is much more popular than a couple decades ago.

I'm super happy to see tequila finally arrive. I had suspected it was omitted due to drunken parties and bad behavior it leads to. Of course, any alcohol can lead to problems but there's something special about tequila for sure.
