Bought 3 WT+ tix through Amex Travel for a trip in late September from IAD-LHR-BDS. When I log in to manage our reservation, it says cabin upgrades not available. Is that typical this far out from a trip or is it simply not available because we bought our tix through Amex Travel (3rd party)? TIA!
