That's why I said "parking+shuttle" - which pretty much makes up about $25. If they charge $50, I'd expect them to provide TSA Pre for free. If they charge $75 - I'd expect access to a lounge
The title is universal though - destination means the hotel as a destination so that fee can be imposed by every hotel.
