Bassinet seats in Premium Economy selected, but no infant

Hi, apologies if this has been asked before but couldn't find anything... I have flights booked in Premium Economy for work in October (so through our corporate TA). One is on the A380 and I have selected 33A, and the other on the 777 with 14K selected (so both front row window seats). Both of these are shown as bassinet seats on the seat maps, so I am surpirsed I have been able to select them? Is there a significant risk I will be moved to inferior seats at some point to accomodate travellers with infants? Should I pre-empt by moving myself into regular seats now? In Manage my Booking the seats I have selected are described as 'Regular' despite appearing as bassinet seats on the seat maps. Thanks in advance!
