Yeah 'destination fees' at an airport hotel are pretty absurd. People stay there because its close to get to the airport, not because its some specific destination with attractions/events etc that the hotel participates in and provides meaningful benefits.

Was hoping that some of the rumblings in congress about these would actually take hold and get some action, but I guess thats too much to expect from politicians since they're probably getting kickbacks from all the junks fees also.
