as mentioned, the devaluation of strata premier's typ is more annoyance than a devaluation as you can still get 1cpp when you cash out with dc or ccc. since you have a double cash, there is a workaround for you, hence my question why does it matter to you?
the fact that you have significant typ and have difficulty finding awards is another matter altogether and doesnt belong to this thread. this is especially true since you are technically unaffected by the change and doesnt sound like you want to redeem typ at 1cpp
more information can be found at their respective forums if you want to find better value redemption for typ. fyi, i have been getting aa miles at 3+cpp and all of them are y class aa flights
