Off topic but why is Chamartin nowhere near anything? It's not much use for the city centre OR the airport. It's actually more convenient to get an internal flight than take the train in many cases!
There's a fair amount of business near there and in 10-15 years will be one of the main nodes of the city. They're doing a lot of development around there.
