Lunch

Korean Menu
Beef and Vegetable Soup glass noodles, scallions
Poached Prawns with Spicy Mayo Persian cucumbers, scallions
Banchan napa cabbage kimchi, chili marinated bean sprouts, citrus marinated cucumber
Seared Beef and Bell Pepper Rolls sauteed zucchini, buttered rice

Current iteration of the Korean menu is pretty good - beef was rolled around bell peppers and a very substantial portion. Although I thought D1 gets the round bowls and the rectangular plates are for PS / domestic F, so maybe catering messed up there. Sundae for dessert as usual (not shown).

Mid-flight Snack
Peter Cho's BBQ Pork Bao Burger
served with nori potato salad

Was confused by the description as to what a "Bao Burger" is, but really it's just a Bao bun and not very good - pretty doughy and the pork bits inside were mostly just fat. Potato salad was decent though (although you can't really mess that one up).

Pre-Arrival
Galbi Glazed Beef and Pork Patties
mushrooms and onions, buttered rice, scallions

This was really good (although the vegetables were kinda greasy). Side of greek yogurt with granola and some fruit, and was handed a warm croissant on the bread plate after this picture was taken.

Overall pretty impressed by MSP catering this time around, and had an outstanding MSP-based crew as well (probably helped that the flight was booked 4/32 in D1 and went out with 13 seats empty after nonrevs/standbys were cleared).
