Just booked our first FJ flight and so far am not impressed with the customer service and IT infrastructure.

They charge for every SINGLE seat, including middle seat in the last row by the toilet.
Your OWE status does not carry over to other members of your family on the same PNR, even children
on DFW-NAD they want $300 for an exit row seat
OWE status does NOT give you access to exit row seats, but you (and you only) get to pick any other seat, including BULA
OWE will give you one additional bag.
I booked the flight for the wrong day. I could have changed it online, but the rates it gave me were substantially higher than if I book a new flight.
In order to cancel a flight, you have to submit a flight cancellation request which is considered and then (in 7-10 days) granted or denied. Why they can't add a cancel button to the webpage boggles the mind.

I hear positive things about the airline once you are on board, but the pre-flight experience is less than ideal
