My first BA flight in a year was quite enjoyable. Excellent service. Tasty pre-departure nibbles but the dead giveaway of no name pre-departure swill was a glass from the galley.



Loved the champagnes, both the Lanson NOBLE but especially the UK-produced Gusbourne 51°



Apart from the inedible starter, food was very good. Said inedible mozzarella, fig, tomato starter... missing the advertised truffle honey.



King crab and asparagus spring roll.



Pea miso soup.



The Charcoal grilled corn fed chicken was exceptional.
