Intesting "Carrier Admin. Service Charge". No idea what that is. Unfortunately, the CTA doesn't require airlines to make their tariffs available on-line or we could easily find out.

One thing though, the CTA has been clamping down on surcharges with no expiry date, surcharges that aren't justified by some unique circumstance, or any other charge (other than taxes/fees imposed by gov't or airport/aviation authorities) that couldn't be rolled into the base fare.
