Service - they're trying to be good but it just falls short. For example, checking in, they try to be over the top with everyone there to welcome you, except after they do that, you are left in the lounge with no guidance on what next. No one came to stop by to do the actual check in until I went to ask someone. It was very odd. Also, they are still refreshing on Globalist benefits as I had to ask about breakfast and when it was, etc. They had to call me back to confirm if breakfast was included. Check out time, they all do like an obligatory bye but didn't feel genuine. And they didn't know how to do a check out, took a long time and the person had to go to a separate room to figure out the login. No one asked if we needed help with the luggage from the room and there are no pathways from the room to the front for luggage (need to go up some stairs).

Room - there's not much noise insulation. You can hear construction still going on, and people walking and talking outside. The toilet flush light does NOT turn off so it illuminates the entire room at night so if you need complete darkness to sleep, then you need to bring eye cover. The exit map is also glow-in-the-dark, so it brightens the room as well. The toilet space is SUPER TINY and you have to be careful when you are sitting on the toilet and getting up. I hit my head against the wall. There are no Le Labo products like most Park Hyatts and the soap they give felt low quality. However, the towels are super plush and nice. The slippers are also nice and soft. Drinks in the fridge are also included and that was a nice touch. But there is no bottle opener and you have to call them to ask for one, and then they open the bottle and take away the bottle opener. A bit of a hassle there.

Breakfast - service is quite slow so give yourself lots of time. We were only one of two tables. They automatically give the huge tray of continental items but it felt wasteful as we don't eat of that. The a la carte menu is quite limited, with only a few items.

Dinner - we tried dinner, and the food was good. Had the mushroom starter soup and another flavorful pasta dish.

Gym - you have to walk outside to another building, and it is located on the 2nd floor. It felt like the gym was an afterthought, as it's out of the way and quite small.

See pictures for more details.
