Main Course:

• Pastrami cured pork fillet: Aged Cheddar potato au gratin, crispy bacon, spring green vegetables.
• Grilled Atlantic salmon: Buttered potatoes, asparagus, creamy mustard and spinach sauce.
• Aubergine parmigiana cappellacci: Mozzarella, slow roasted tomato sauce.

• A selection of artisan cheese served with savoury crackers, quince paste
