- Marinated prawn salad: Corn, mango, coriander ceviche.
- Beetroot and goat's cheese salad: Grilled courgette, oven roasted cherry tomatoes, truffle honey olive oil vinaigrette.
- Pea miso soup: Ciabatta croûtons.
Main Course:
- Pastrami cured pork fillet: Aged Cheddar potato au gratin, crispy bacon, spring green vegetables.
- Grilled Atlantic salmon: Buttered potatoes, asparagus, creamy mustard and spinach sauce.
- Aubergine parmigiana cappellacci: Mozzarella, slow roasted tomato sauce.
Side Salad: Sweetcorn, squash and red cabbade salad, lime labneh.
Dessert and Cheese:
- Coffee brownie mascarpone tart: Coffee cream.
- Warm apple strudel: Vanilla sauce.
- A selection of artisan cheese served with savoury crackers, quince paste
