I just called United for a UA ticket with an AC segment for monday. Said I would have to pay to change to UA flight as there is no current waiver on UA site.

I am 1K and that was the 1K desk and they even checked with supervisor (who are always able to change / help me out) so not much to do at this point other than wait until its on the UA site as a formal notice/waiver (bottom of UA site) sadly...
