We’re on UA6 NRT-IAH on 8/15 and we got a confirmed MUA to PE. Now our tickets show RN class but another MUA into Polaris isn’t available in the app.

Called UA and even though several open Polaris seats are on the seat map, agent says they’re sold out. I can only think to try with the gate agent.

Any suggestions I haven’t mentioned for a Polaris upgrade?
