I usually try to allow for at least 2 hours to get through both "layers" of screening at DUB, sometimes longer depending on the season. It can be a bit of a zoo, but by mid-Sept, the heavy tourist season will winding down. Are you checking bags? I tend to err on the side of caution and would rather park myself at 51st & Green for a little while longer than sweat some kind of delay at pre-clearance.
